R-2 Japanese: Rooms 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 16

In Term 1, students began learning about sea creatures in Japanese.

They had lots of fun learning actions for each creature and we hope they shared some of these with you at home. Reception students explored the sentence structure, “I like (animal).” While the Year 1 and 2 students explored sentences structures for,  “I like (animal),” “I don’t like (animal)” and “my favourite animal is a (animal).” All students created their own sea creatures mobile to demonstrate their knowledge gained so far on this topic. The students did a wonderful job with their creations, please see some photos below. These have been sent home for students to share with families.
