2020 Book Week Parade – Curious Creatures and Wild Minds
It was Friday the 28th August, the sun shone, the birds sang and the creatures ventured out of their classrooms, to participate in the Seacliff Primary School, Book Week parade.
The theme was ‘Curious creatures and wild minds’ and we had lots of amazing curious creatures and a few wild minds who were the presenters for the day.
This year the costumes were varied and colourful with many hours spent creating them. It was a lot of fun seeing everyone’s costumes as they paraded in front of the school community and we thank them for their efforts.
From each class, two creatures were chosen for a special prize.
We thank everyone who helped make this an amazing, whole school community event and look forward to next year’s parade.
Thank you from Michayla, Bradyn, Jordan, Cooper and Robyn.
What a lovely surprise for so many staff and parents when, at the end of the parade, there was a ‘Flash Mob’ that had all of the students springing into action!
