Out of school hours care (OSHC)

Our out of school hours care (OSHC) service is operated by our school’s governing council. It’s available for children aged 4 to 12 (until they start high school) before or after school, on pupil free days and during school holidays. Our service follows the National Quality Framework (NQF) standard and is an approved service with ACECQA.

What we offer

Our OSHC is a warm and welcoming recreational environment. We have an enthusiastic team of educators who strive to support the wellbeing of all children. Children’s agency is valued and we program around children’s current interests and feedback. Our service has been rated ‘Meeting National Quality Standards’ in April 2024. OSHC is a non-profit organisation where any surplus is reinvested into improving OSHC facilities and programs.

At OSHC, children play with friends, engage in programmed and spontaneous learning experiences and try new things. Some of our activities include:

  • arts, crafts and cooking
  • soccer, basketball, volleyball, cricket, footy and other ball games
  • skateboarding, roller skating & riding
  • loose parts play, cubby building, imaginative and role play games
  • air hockey, table top soccer, boardgames and card games
